Email for your domain: your three honest options
We don't host mailboxes — here is what to use instead, and how the DNS works.
Plainly: we do not run mailboxes, on purpose. Email hosting is a spam-filtering arms race, and the big providers win it. Your options, all of which we help set up:
The options
- Google Workspace — Gmail with your domain, about $9/user/month. Best if you live in Google Docs and Calendar.
- Microsoft 365 — Outlook with your domain. Best if your business runs on Word, Excel and Teams.
- Titan or similar — cheaper basic mailboxes if you just need [email protected] to work.
What we do
Whichever you pick, the setup is DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) — an afternoon of fiddly text if you have never done it. We generate the exact records, check they are live, and wire your website's forms and order emails through our relay so they stop landing in spam. Your website sending mail and your mailbox are two separate jobs; we handle the website half.
